One event

An OKX evening, from arrival to delivery

An example for a networking event with talks from 18:00 to 22:00. We adjust the plan to the format: a conference day, a VIP dinner or a community night.

The more events in a month, the less each one costs

You pay per event. Prices exclude VAT and include crew, equipment, editing, music and usage rights.

3-month term

Full at the Essential price. Commit to 3 months and the same-night teaser and the LinkedIn carousel are included at every event, at no extra cost. On a 1-month term, Full is + €650 per event.

Price per event, 1 to 5 events a month

The number of events booked for a month sets the price of every event in that month. Photography and video are priced separately, so you can also book one of the two.

VAT: 21% is added for a Dutch OKX entity. For an OKX entity elsewhere in the EU, VAT is reverse charged.

Events in the Netherlands and Belgium: travel included. Elsewhere in Europe: the same prices, plus €350 per crew member for each travel day, and travel and hotel at cost, booked only after your approval.

What each event includes

CrewOne photographer and one videographer. On a retainer, a dedicated lead works your events and knows your brand. Tân plans every event and is your single contact.
Hours on siteUp to 5 hours per event. Longer events are booked as a full day.
EquipmentProfessional photo and video cameras, fast lenses, gimbal, wireless microphones with a backup recorder, LED lights, and a laptop for edits on site. Included.
PhotographyA first batch within 3 hours, 25+ edited photos within 24 hours. Large for print and small for web and social.
VideoOne 30-40 s film in 16:9 and 9:16. Edit, colour grade, audio mix, sound design and licensed music. 4K, or Full HD where the venue limits it.
Usage rightsIncluded. OKX can use all photos and footage on every channel, paid and organic, without a time limit.
MusicLicensed for your online channels, including paid social. TV or cinema use needs a separate licence.
DeliveryA shared Google Drive folder per event, link sent by email.

Options

Full-day event6 to 10 hours on site: + €300 photography, + €700 video.
Third crew member€750 per event, for large events, two stages or a second camera angle.
Extra feedback round€250 per round.
Travel day€350 per crew member, for events outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
Overtime€175 per hour after a 10-hour day.

Our promises

Trying a new supplier should cost you nothing

You're building a programme for all of Europe. These three promises are in the agreement.

  1. On time, or it's on usIf the photos aren't in your folder within 24 hours, the photography for that event is free.
  2. The first event is risk-freeIf the first event isn't what you expected, we re-edit it. If it still isn't right, you don't pay for the film and you're free to stop.
  3. Your dates come firstRetainer dates are held before any other booking. We confirm a new date within 24 hours.

Crew

The team behind every OKX event

Two people work each event. The crew is confirmed per event from this pool. If someone drops out, a crew member who knows the plan takes over.

Essential or Full?

Essential covers every point in your brief. Full adds a vertical teaser the same night and a LinkedIn carousel the next morning, for social-first content and fast turnaround. On a 3-month term, Full costs the same as Essential.

Can you work outside the Netherlands?

Yes. The event prices stay the same. Each crew member adds €350 per travel day, plus travel and hotel at cost. We book only after your approval, and these costs go on the next monthly invoice.

What if an event runs longer than 5 hours?

It is booked as a full day (6 to 10 hours): + €300 for photography and + €700 for video. After 10 hours, overtime is €175 per hour.

Who owns the photos and films?

OKX can use everything on every channel, paid and organic, without a time limit. The usage rights are in the price.

Can we keep the same crew?

On a retainer, a dedicated lead works your events, backed by the crew below when a date needs more hands. Names are confirmed a week ahead.
